New Account Opening

Complete customer identity, CIP, OFAC/BSA, ownership, product, funding, service elections, disclosures, and final review before creating the synthetic deposit account.

Back to Branch Queue

1. Customer Identity & CIP

2. OFAC / BSA Review

Opening control: POTENTIAL MATCH, ESCALATED FOR REVIEW, or BLOCKED / DO NOT PROCEED prevents account opening. Resolve the OFAC review first.

3. Ownership & Relationships

After core creation: use Account Relationship Maintenance to add a Joint Owner, POA, or Authorized Signer. Each added party requires identity/OFAC review before activation.

4. Account Setup & Funding

Select the deposit product that matches the synthetic customer's intended use.

5. Services & Account Options

6. Disclosures & Final Review
